“I attended one of Alvin’s first CCW classes to help critique his class. Not really being interested in firearms, I thought it might be “dry” and the day would be long. I was pleasantly surprised when the material was presented in such a manner that kept my attention, and I learned a lot! He changed his method of delivery often, even throwing in some humor, which kept it interesting. He covered many aspects that I had never thought about before. “After getting my permit I really wanted my wife to get her’s too, but she didn’t feel comfortable with the class I took or others I found for her. A friend told me about Alvin’s class. I wish I had taken this first. He covered more info than my class and helped me understand the “When and Why” better. My wife loved the fact that we sat in our own living room with friends that she could ask questions in front of without feeling embarrassed.
